Horse Riding

The perfect summer programme for those that want to combine horse riding with English language studies. This 3-week course combines English language lessons with 2 weeks of horse riding sessions. There will be opportunities for horse riding both at the stables and outside of the stables during your programme. All sessions are given by English speaking instructors.

The below will give you a taste of what we offer during our Horse Riding course: • Meet and get to know your horse with some grooming. After this, enjoy your first ride with a group lesson in the arena. Finish the session with several different stable management tasks. • Learning about your tack and keeping in good working order with maintenance tasks. Play games and have fun on horseback in the arena. • Stable management tasks and work around horse nutrition • Introduction to the riding disciplines of jumping and dressage leading to a lesson focussing on the preferred discipline. • It’s all about shoes! A demonstration from the farrier and learn how and why we shoe our horses. • Bring everything you have learned together during the Gymkana! Outside of horse riding students will go on visits and excursions in their destination as well as weekend day trips.
